When will you store your out of stock products?

Sign up for our newsletters to be the first to be notified of all of our refills and new products. We also run all of our important announcements on our social media platforms; Instagram, Facebook 

Why do my swatches look different?

The swatches on our website represent our products in the best possible light, however the colors may appear different to everyone. Result of colors may vary due to: monitor resolution and color settings, lighting, camera settings, skin tone, etc.

How can I check the status of my package?

You should receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service team along with a tracking number once your order has been processed.

Check your tracking number for status updates.

How do I add a discount code after placing the order?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to edit or add a discount code. nor before making the purchase, if the item has a discount, it will indicate it.

My order was canceled due to “attempted fraud”.

If your order was canceled due to “attempted fraud” such as a mistake, we sincerely apologize. This may be due to incorrect information or incomplete information from the billing information that belonged to the card you tried to use. There are other reasons why our system could have detected order fraud, but this is the most common. Our system works to protect fraudulent orders, and sometimes minor alerts when placing your order can lead to fraud on your order.

When our system cancels the order, the money that was withdrawn will be refunded to the same account used in 3-4 business days, depending on your bank.  

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

Usually, you can cancel the order right after checkout before the process goes too far, if you still have time the option to cancel order or modify order will appear, if the option to cancel or modify it does not appear, it means that the order It’s already in progress, so we won’t be able to do it either. Processing time for each purchase may vary. Email our customer service team at Soporte@morphoticbeauty.com and provide your full name and order number.

Do you cover customs fees?

We do not cover any custom fees. The customer is responsible for the fees.

All online payments are handled by authorized payment gateways, considering the security measures of the transactions imposed by the regulatory authorities. Morphotic Beauty is not responsible for any violation of information or inappropriate transactions.

This site is independently designed, updated and maintained by morphoticbeauty.com. You must not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative work from, distribute, perform, display or commercially exploit in any way the content of morphoticbeauty.com

RETURN POLICY

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our products. All sales are final.

SHIPPING

Note: Customers are responsible for entering their correct mailing address to avoid the address correction fee by the service provider (i.e. incorrect zip code, St., Ln., Ave., suite number or any information important missing or misspelled)

We are not responsible for packages / orders that have been verified to be delivered to the destination mailbox provided by the customer but are described as “lost or stolen”. We provide a tracking number with every order we process to help the customer track the transit of their package.

TO WHICH COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP?

At the moment, we can only ship to the US and Puerto Rico, but we are working to serve more countries.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

Items shipped outside of the US may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other charges. If your country charges import duties, taxes or other fees, they will be added at checkout.

We are not responsible for any shipments that may be affected by customs, transfers from our delivery service to your local carrier in your country, natural occurrences, or delays once the package has left the United States. Most countries have import regulations and every country is different.

We encourage our customers to check their country’s import regulations before placing an order.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE?

None of our products are tested on animals.

PROCESSING ORDER

We do our best to process your order as soon as we receive it, but due to high demand, please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.

REFUNDS

Once your order is processed, refunds are not allowed.

If your order has not been processed, we will void / cancel your order to avoid charges to your account.
